Lawrence Labry, Licensing Specialist
Lawrence (Larry) is a retired radio system manager for the City of New Orleans, Louisiana, where he gained the prerequisite understanding of radio technology and its functional configurations. He pours this knowledge into the preparation and development of acceptable frequency coordination and FCC license applications.
Responsible for the initial development of FCC licensing packages, Larry works in concert with our entire team to provide yet another backstop in assuring proper, viable applications. We rely on his deep experience of managing the operations and regulatory compliance of numerous city radio systems, spanning VHF-800MHz FCC Part 90 land mobile radio allocations—radio systems that, in total, supported more than 6,000 radio users across multiple departments.
